Natrx - Artificial Reef App

We are partnering with Natrx, a company focused on sustainable technologies for resilience challenges, on two key projects:

1. GPS File Converter

   • Developing a Python tool to convert GPS coordinate data from the Louisiana CCA artificial reef site into more usable formats like GPX and KML/KMZ.

2. Interactive Web Application

   • Creating a web-based platform that allows users to:
     • View artificial reef locations interactively using coordinate data
     • Visualize 3D models of different reef types
     • Access information about reef availability by location

The web application will be embedded into the CCA site and built using Three.js for 3D visualization, with Firebase backend integration.
